Three Arts and Sciences students honored as Top Ten Freshmen

Each year the Achafoa Chapter of Mortar Board at Oklahoma State University choses 20 students to be selected as the Top Ten Freshmen Men and Top Ten Freshmen Women to honor their achievements during their freshman year.  

The students are judged based on scholarship, community service, campus involvement and leadership during their freshman year.

After a through interview process, half of the students are named the Top Ten Freshmen of 2015. Three Arts and Sciences students were selected among the Top Ten:

Anna Hurlbut, Management Information Systems and Actuarial and Financial Mathematics, Lincoln, Nebraska, Daughter of Pat and Jill Hurlbut

Ashleigh Rauner, Strategic Communications, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Daughter of Richard and Debra Rauner

Brooke Bastie, English, Spanish, and Geography, Dallas, Texas, Daughter of Fred and Sheri Bastie

The Top 10 Freshmen will be honored at the November 7th football game against TCU.
