Meet our Judges

Dr. Monty Bruner is the president and co-founder of Environmental Technologies Group, Inc. (ETG), a full-service environmental advisory and consulting firm that focuses on due diligence for corporate and property acquisitions, site contamination investigations and remediation of contaminated properties. He has over 25 years’ experience in environmental research and reporting, working in 30 US states, as well as Canada, Mexico, Belize, Chile, Argentina, Australia, Southeast Asia and Europe. He was selected in 2005 by the State of Oklahoma Department of Commerce as one of four representatives for the first civilian trade delegation to visit Azerbaijan. Monty has a scientific background in biology, ecology, toxicology and data analysis, but is also an entrepreneur with experience in corporate operations, project management, personnel management and marketing. A three-time OSU alum, Monty earned a B.S. in Biological Science in 1994, an M.S. in Environmental Science in 1998 and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science in 2002.

Mike Kuykendall is Geoscience Manager at Felix Energy, LLC. Mike has more than 35 years of oil & gas exploration and development experience in numerous domestic and international basins, and has authored / co-authored many papers, presentations, and studies on Oklahoma geology, oil & gas plays, fields, and discoveries. Mike earned B.S. (’82) and M.S. (’85) Geology degrees from Oklahoma State University and was the 2017-18 Chairman of the OSU Boone Pickens School of Geology Alumni Advisory Board, as well as a 2018 Oklahoma State University College of Arts and Sciences Distinguished Alumni. He is a member and past-president of the Tulsa Geological Society and member of AAPG and the WTGS. He and his wife, Karen, live on beautiful Skiatook Lake in Osage County, Oklahoma.

Pam Mowry is Executive Director of Canterbury Voices and previously Development Director at Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Arts Institute. Pam has been involved in non-profit management for 20 years. She earned a Bachelor of Music with Elected Studies in Business degree from OSU in 2004. Mowry has served on the OSU College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Board and Oklahoma Arts Institute’s Artistic Advisory Panel, and has served as a guest speaker/ panelist on various fundraising topics including capital campaigns, corporate sponsorships, and creative fundraising ideas. Zac Reynolds is chief investment officer and one of the founding principals of Full Sail Capital. Zac earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Oklahoma State University in 2007. In 2008, he earned his MBA from Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2012 and he is a member of the CFA Society of Oklahoma. Before joining the world of investment management, Zac had a successful amateur golf career. He was the runner-up at the 2002 U.S. Junior Amateur and was a two-time letter winner on the golf team at Oklahoma State University. A lifelong Oklahoman, Zac grew up in Edmond and currently lives in northwest Oklahoma City with his wife, Melanie, and their three children.

Marsha L. Williams earned a degree in political science from OSU in 1971 and went on to earn a law degree from OU in 1974. Her legal career included a position with the federal government, general counsel of a savings and loan association, and a partner in a law firm where her practice focused on mortgage banking. Marsha is a Texas Top Rated Lawyer, a Top Rated Lawyer in Banking and Finance Law, a Top Rated Lawyer in Real Estate Law, and listed by Fortune Magazine as a Woman Leader in Law. She served on many banking, mortgage and finance boards throughout her career. She retired in 2018 and moved from Dallas to Oklahoma City to be closer to her family. Marsha currently serves as Special Counsel to Pringle & Pringle, an OKC law firm which specializes in banking and finance law.
